Considering that Americanas.com provides a channel for the sale of products from partners headquartered in international territory (“Americanas Mundo” and “Parceiro Americanas Mundo”, respectively);
Considering the Customer’s interest in purchasing the products and/or services offered by Americanas.com and its Marketplace Partners and/or Americanas Mundo Partners (“Partners”) in their internet sales channels (“Products”);
The purpose of this agreement is to establish the general conditions for the use and purchase of products and services by the Client through the Americanas.com websites (www.americanas.com.br) (“Websites”).
1.1. It is Americanas.com’s responsibility to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer in the purchase process. The site’s security is audited daily and guaranteed against hackers, through the “Site Blindado” seal.
1.2. The Client, in turn, undertakes not to provide their passwords for accessing the Websites to third parties, as well as to take reasonable steps to keep their information confidential. If the Client identifies and/or suspects that third parties have had access to their passwords, the Client undertakes to notify Americanas.com so that the appropriate measures can be taken.
1.3. By filling out the registration, the Client declares that the information identifying him is true, accurate and complete, as well as being aware that any falsehoods may subject him to criminal and civil liabilities, in accordance with Brazilian law.
1.4. The Client expressly authorizes that their information and personal data be shared by Americanas.com with the other companies that are part of the economic group and authorities, as necessary for the purchase process and compliance with current legislation.
1.5. Your information will also be shared with the Exchange Agent, to the extent necessary for the latter to carry out foreign exchange transactions for the purchase made via Americanas Mundo Partner, in accordance with current legislation.

2.1. The Customer has this service to resolve their doubts, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content made available on the Websites. 2.2. If the contact with the SAC refers to Products sold and delivered by Marketplace Partners and/or Americanas Mundo Partners, such Partners will be solely responsible for solving doubts, any requests or complaints regarding your order or any content made available by it on the Websites, being Americanas.com exempt from any responsibility in this regard.

3.1. The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, being counted in business days. Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may take place on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
3.2. The verification of the adequacy of the Product’s dimensions is the sole responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they are in accordance with the spatial limits of the elevators, doors and corridors of the delivery location. The assembly or disassembly of the Product, transportation by stairs and/or doors and windows, or lifting of the goods will not be carried out.
3.3. Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the location informed by the Customer, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and another. 3.4. After finalizing the order, it is not possible to change the method of payment and/or the delivery address, request an advance or even the priority of delivery.
3.5. The delivery period informed during the Product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, the region, the invoice issuance process and the preparation time of the Product. Every time the order’s delivery status is updated, the Americanas.com system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.
3.6. The shipping cost of delivery is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the Product.
3.7. Americanas.com does not authorize the carrier to:
Enter the domicile where the Product will be delivered;
Deliver the Product by alternative means (example: lifting the Product through the window);
Perform installation or maintenance of Products;
Open the Product packaging;
Carry out delivery to an address different from the one on the invoice and/or (invoice);
Deliver the Product to a person under the age of 18 or without identification document.
3.8. Americanas.com is not responsible for the retention of goods at the Treasury Department – SEFAZ when this is exclusively due to the customer’s pending issues, and it is therefore necessary for the customer to appear at the tax office so that the goods are properly released, considering that in these In these cases, information regarding releases and payments is only passed on to interested parties.

3.10. For all purposes and effects, the Americanas Mundo customer will be considered as an importer of the Product and solely responsible for the international purchase made, considering that Americanas.com only provides its platform for intermediation and carrying out the business.
3.11. In addition, the Client understands that the Americanas Mundo Partner is fully responsible for the Products made available on its Websites and their respective characteristics, as well as for arranging for the shipment of such Products in a timely manner and in compliance with Brazilian international trade laws, among others that apply.

4.1. The reimbursement period, and also the collection of the remaining installments after the full refund of the Product value on the Customer’s credit card made by Americanas.com, is the exclusive responsibility of the card company. In the event of collection of future installments by the card company, the Customer will not be encumbered, since Americanas.com, as mentioned above, reverses the full amount of the Product in a single time, with the credit for the refund granted fully by the card company in the billing invoice subsequent to the month of cancellation.
4.5. For purchases paid with bank slip or debit account, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the buyer’s checking account, which must be individual. If the buyer does not have a checking account that meets the aforementioned conditions, a Payment Order will be sent, within the same period, in the name of the purchaser. 4.6. For purchases with vouchers or any other form of payment, it is possible to receive a voucher in the same amount as the purchase, except for orders paid with Caixa Minha Casa Melhor and Móveiscard. 5.6. Americanas.com disclaims the obligation to respond to requests for exchange or return of any returned Product without the Customer Service sector being notified, or in cases of direct request at the Control Panel, after the deadline or in the absence of accompanying items/accessories.
5.7. In the case of offers of Products sold on Americanas Mundo, as it is an import relationship, the services related to technical assistance, warranty or Product exchange policy may vary according to the respective Americanas Mundo Partner.

6.4. The Customer may purchase the voucher after canceling an order placed on the Americanas.com website, or also when being given a gift. The voucher will have its value converted into purchases on the Website.
